Noah Eastman, LMFT, offers a warm space to heal from the past, discover yourself, and chart a new path forward. He received his M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology at C.I.I.S. Using parts work, somatic therapy, and a trauma-informed approach, Noah offers psychotherapy for individuals and couples. If you are a couple stuck in the same old loop, then it's time to begin the more honest dialogue you’ve been putting off for too long. I have supported individuals with with anxiety, depression, CPTSD, grief, gender and sexuality issues, and major life transitions.
I am here to serve folks who want to create big change in their life. Feeling stuck in the same annoying patterns? Dissatisfied in your relationships or work? Controlled by your inner critic? Do you feel overwhelmed by the tragic state of the world; tired of dealing with systemic trauma by yourself? I work with folks who have done therapy in the past but want something deeper. If you are done living your life from anxiety and fear, and want to experience more vitality, purpose, and pleasure, then let's work together.
In order to feel more like ourselves, we must first experience the pain of feeling far from our truth—the burn out; the relationship out of alignment; a body falling apart. If you want someone who will challenge you to look inward and connect to your deepest truth, Noah is the therapist for you. Noah has worked with a diverse range of individuals, adolescents, and couples. Through a process of deep listening to what is happening inside of you, Noah will help you find purpose again in life and attract meaningful relationships. Noah will help you surf the waves of life with more choice and freedom.
