Together we will explore the origins of the ways you have come to think, feel, and understand yourself, your relationships and attachments to others, and your relationship to the external world while developing greater curiosity and openness to alternative ways of processing and integrating information. In session, Noel focuses on using free-association, journaling, nourishing self-care, nurturing connections to others, and grounding. This approach supports clients to feel empowered to commit to their self-discovery and growth.
Noel's style is gentle, thought-provoking, and non-directive. When I begin working with clients, we start by getting a clear picture of what has been causing the most distress, and establish a consistent and welcoming environment where they feel safe and listened to.
