Professional statement

Past experiences and difficult relationships can leave us carrying shame, feeling disconnected, and struggling to trust—both others and ourselves. You might find yourself constantly overextending, unable to set boundaries that stick, and sometimes even losing sight of who you really are.

If you've been wondering why relationships feel so draining, why "no" feels impossible to say, or why your sense of self seems foggy—you're not alone. These feelings have roots, and together, we can explore them.

I specialize in creating a warm, judgment-free space where young women and LGBTQ+ individuals can process trauma from family dynamics, identity-related struggles, and other experiences. As a queer therapist, I know firsthand that self-discovery is rarely linear, and that sometimes the most challenging part isn't gaining insight – it's actually living differently.

Message to clients

Walking alongside you on your journey, I blend compassion with practical tools rooted in Psychodynamic and Person-Centered Therapy to help you discover your inner strength and move toward a more peaceful relationship with yourself. In our sessions together, I hold the unwavering belief that you are inherently worthy and valuable just as you are, creating a space where you can speak feely—allowing thoughts, feelings, and memories to flow without self-censorship or concern about being "right" or "wrong."

My approach is also rooted in feminist and anti-racist perspectives, acknowledging how societal structures and cultural narratives impact our wellbeing.

Our work together will be driven by curiosity and insight , and will allow you to be deeply seen and heard. As you feel deeply understood, you'll discover new ways of being that lead to lasting transformation in your daily life and relationships. You are the expert of your experience – my role is to help you access your innate capacity for healing and growth.
