Message to clients

The experience of pregnancy is life changing and many of us don't openly talk about it all - the scary, anxious, sad, frustrating, contradictory, and lonely feelings that may intrusively appear in your thoughts. You are not alone and you shouldn't have to learn to manage these thoughts and feelings alone. You are seen, your feelings are valid, and there is no shame in the struggle through this phase of life.

We all need our "village" to help us in this transition and with all the changes that come along with all phases of your pregnancy. Sometimes, our "village" has to be created and I am here to be a part of your "village" that will join you on your journey, holding space for your emotions, promoting you to see that your value is independent of your thoughts.

You are not alone, you are not to blame for the struggles that you may be feeling, and I am here to help you through the difficult journey. Lets schedule a free phone consultation to better understand how I may be of help. I can offer therapy in Spanish and English, weekend hours, and to better meet your needs telehealth or in-person services are offered.
