Professional statement

If you’re ready, I’d be happy to walk alongside you on your journey. I schedule hourlong appointments on the hour where I work with individuals, families, and couples dealing with general mental health concerns, conflict, and trauma. I’m an EFT and TF-CBT trained therapist who helps others live their best lives and build better connections with loved ones.

Message to clients

Do you wear a mask to hide your pain? Do you feel anxious about life and unsure about your direction? Are you struggling to heal from past hurts? Is conflict or distance obstructing your connection to loved ones?

You are not alone. There are many others like you who have recovered from similar issues. Life doesn’t have to continue as a downward spiral. All it takes to begin the path to recovery is a commitment from you, the right treatment, and United compatible support along the way.
