Pablo uses a feedback-informed approach to ensure a togetherness in treatment direction and goals. Pablo also treats teens/adults struggling to regulate intense emotions, self-harm, intense relationships, suicidality, depressed mood, and negative thinking. As a trained trauma therapist, he also supports teens/adults overcome trauma symptoms through trauma-based work. Pablo believes that we are social beings and mental health is a social process, so he invites you to reach out to the process of therapy to help improve your relationship with yourself and others.
