I am Dr. Pamela Birchett-Street, a licensed therapist specializing in the application integrative medicine into everyday life. Integrative medicine is the mind/body/spirit connection. Spirit and spirituality in short is what brings our life meaning and purpose.
It's a big step to ask for help. I engage in a coaching style using a non-judgemental approach. I believe you are the expert of what matters to you. My training is also based in mind/body medicine which incorporates evidence-based skills and practices to promote lifestyle changes.
