Message to clients

Clients come into therapy when they've done all they can to figure things out on their own but are still stuck and hurting. They may feel overwhelmed or helpless by the time they reach out for help. It's not easy bringing your intimate struggles to a stranger, especially when you already feel vulnerable.

So, how do I put you at ease? Clients say they feel heard from the beginning. I listen carefully and ask questions to home in on what it feels like to be them in that moment. I listen to clients' stories- not just the facts but the way those facts are hitting them. I can pretty safely say that you will experience me as genuinely interested in you and genuinely genuine from the start.

I believe that human beings are like plants. With enough water and sunlight, seeds grow into a healthy, thriving plants. Without sufficient nurturing and attention along the way, though, they may not grow to their full capacity. That's where I come in. My goal is to help you grow to be the best version of yourself- able to make good choices for yourself and feel good in your own skin. I welcome your contact.
