Message to clients

Finding a comfortable fit with a therapist is essential to achieving your desired outcomes, and given the sensitive nature of therapy, it is understandable why! I highly encourage and invite you to reach out to me for a free phone call if you 1) have struggled to find the right fit with a therapist in the past, 2) have never been in therapy before, and 3) if you would prefer a young(ish) therapist whose work is also grounded in professionalism and good science.

I regularly receive feedback from clients that I am non-judgmental, patient, and humorous (when appropriate). Whether you'd like to meet in person or via tele-health, I can assure you that this work can feel approachable, natural, and highly engaging. If you have been curious about starting therapy in 2024, reach out today so we can discuss it! I will offer you my professional opinion about your treatment options.

If you are curious about your out-of-network benefits and potential reimbursement from insurance, I can help you navigate this as well. I hope to hear from you!
