Message to clients

Hello!

I am a Licensed Therapist with a specialty in working with middle school, high school and college athletes interested in maintaining peak performance.

We work together to understand, manage and train their mental performance so that they can more consistently and confidently achieve at their peak potential in athletics, school, relationships, and life.

As a former division 1 athlete, I understand quite well the challenges we face in consistent and confident performance. I struggled with anxiety and was a rollercoaster of confidence. I lacked focus and the ability to control my mindset and emotions. This is all mental performance! Since then, nearly 20 years later, I have worked hard and spent countless hours to understand at the deepest level how the mind impacts life performance, and what I can do to manage and train it.

I have also realized a significant purpose in learning and applying this information... to help others move closer to and achieve the big goals they have for themselves in life. To help them do this with as much consistency and confidence as possible, managing well the ups and downs along the way. This is the high value I bring to my clients, and what I would hope for you!!!

More control! More confidence! Higher self-esteem! Better relationships! More life meaning! Better mental/emotional health! More achievement!

Are you interested in that? Please reach out to discuss the possibilities! Powell
