Quilette Middlebrooks is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor here in the state of New York. She graduated with an undergraduate degree in Psychology from St. Bonaventure and went on to receive a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Canisius College. Over the years she has gained a vast knowledge and expertise in mental health, having worked with many different mental health and substance abuse diagnoses, client populations, treatment modalities, lifestyles, and backgrounds.
She believes that the beauty of counseling lies in helping others feel comfortable enough to be themselves, safe enough to be vulnerable, and empowered enough to take action steps needed to make the change they want to see in their lives become a reality. Navigating life, career, family, relationships, health, addiction and often times our own thoughts and hearts can be challenging. Please know it isn’t something you have to do alone. More importantly it is possible to navigate and or overcome such challenges. No two people are the same and therefore therapy with Quilette will be tailored to each clients specific needs.
