Quira is an associate licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, specializing in anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, LGBTQ+ issues, and marginalized communities. Using approaches like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy, she tailors her work to each client’s unique needs.
