She helps her clients to learn more about their relationship with themselves and see how they can strengthen this internal relationship and add more compassion to their internal experience. In session, Rachael focuses on the client relationship, helping them to feel seen, safe and comfortable sharing what is coming up for them emotionally. In this space Rachael assists clients as they build new tools to implement when big and or difficult feelings come up in their daily lives. This approach supports clients to feel more at ease with themselves, more connected to their inner knowing, able to express their wants, needs, and desires within themselves and with others..
Rachael's therapeutic style is client centered, non-judgmental, and warm. When clients first start therapy, Rachael works to establish a strong relationship and provides a comfortable environment where they feel safe and heard..
