Rachel Crispin earned her master's degree in social work from Millersville University, and received her social work license shortly after. She was previously employed as an outpatient mental health and drug and alcohol therapist, working with individuals and groups. Rachel's style and approach to healing is client centered therapy, met with motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, and holistic approaches. Her focus in therapy reinforces the fact that we all have the skills necessary to live a fulfilled, prosperous life from within - sessions will give you the opportunity to refine them, practice them and utilize them in your day to day life.
