Welcome! Spanning my clinical work in school, campus, mental health clinic, and hospital settings, I’m passionate about empowering clients with tools to help cope with big feelings, bolster emotional intelligence, and embrace self-compassion to uncover your strengths and connect with your most authentic self.
I'm a collaborative and holistic therapist who specializes in providing emotional support to children, teenagers, and young adults navigating a variety of mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, self esteem, and disordered eating. I also have a particular passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community and those exploring their gender/sexuality identity. Tapping into my extensive background in performing arts and social justice initiatives, my therapeutic style is unique, creative, engaging, and empathetic.
I’m dedicated to cultivating an environment of genuine safety, non-judgement, and compassionate curiosity so that clients may leave each session feeling appreciated, heard, and deeply understood.
