My approach is warm, understanding and compassionate. I specialize in working with people managing chronic illnesses, infertility, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life transitions. I have several years of experience working in the ICU and and have supported patients and families through medical crises, grief and loss.
My goal is to create the same empathetic and supportive space, targeting your individual needs. I am here to support you every step of the way.
