Message to clients

People often seek me out because they feel stuck in unwanted thoughts or behaviors. Often they have been so consumed by symptoms that they have lost trust in themselves. I strive to help people step away from doubts and unhelpful behaviors, so that they feel more present and free in their everyday lives.

To take the first step, you can message me. I know that reaching out can feel daunting, and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.

The initial evaluation is a 1 hour in-person or virtual meeting. I will offer my diagnostic impressions and recommendations at the end of that meeting. If we determine that we are a good fit, we will schedule another visit to formalize a plan. If I am not the right fit, I will suggest referral options.

In the course of therapy, I work to understand my clients, approach problems collaboratively, offer new skills and insights, and seek feedback to improve treatment. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling a better, truer version of yourself.
