Dr. Rachel Simmons is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of adults with OCD, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), body focused repetitive behaviors (e.g., skin picking, hair pulling), anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. She was a researcher and study therapist at the Body Dysmorphic Disorder Program at Rhode Island Hospital. She is a member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and is a graduate of IOCDF's Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). As a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University, she currently teaches and supervises predoctoral psychology residents.
