Message to clients

You experienced sexual assault or childhood sexual abuse. You might have a hard time labeling what happened to you as traumatic and the word "trauma" brings up a feeling of imposter syndrome. You often feel anxious and on edge maybe even when you're with people you trust. You struggle with intimacy and have a hard time getting pleasure from sex. When things in your life are going well you have a bad feeling like you're waiting for the other shoe to drop.

You've been suffering with a feeling of brokenness for awhile and you're ready for things to change. You've done a lot of work on yourself and do things like yoga, meditation, therapy, or getting out into nature. But there's still something inside that feels unchanged.

I help people just like you to get the healing they deserve. It is possible to feel better and maybe even sooner than you thought was possible! I offer full-day ($2700) and half-day ($1800) EMDR intensives. We meet for consecutive days until you are fully recovered from the bad things that have happened to you. After our work, clients typically describe feeling at peace, calm, and like the trauma is really over now.
