Rachel Stile is a Clinical Supervisor and Therapist for Vita Health providing services remotely from her home state of Ohio. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Theory from the University of Vermont as well as a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Akron. She holds supervisory designation as an LISW-S in the state of Ohio.
Prior to coming to Vita, Rachel served as an administrative and clinical supervisor in a hybrid role with an outpatient adolescent mental health practice. Before that, she provided supervisory, therapeutic, and case management services to a wide range of client populations, and is well seasoned as a clinician in a number of settings, including hospital-based, home-based, and community-based social work. These experiences have provided Rachel with the opportunity to maintain a solid clinical foundation while providing her with constant opportunities to build upon this knowledge base in new ways and across new clinical settings.
Rachel has brought her colorful personal and professional experience and perspective to Vita as a member of the clinical management team. The nature of this split role allows Rachel to utilize and augment her skill set while navigating these two service delivery areas, and she is both humbled and excited to be able to operate in these two areas in order to bring about meaningful and positive change. She has found that her genuine dedication to advocacy, integrity, and clinical excellence are mirrored in the responsible innovation that guides Vita’s business model and clinical service delivery, as well as the energy which drives the supportive and passionate environment it has created for its clinical and administrative staff.
She is bilingual in Spanish.
