Rachel is passionate about working with people who have suffered from anxiety and trauma, helping them reclaim joy and confidence in their lives and guiding them to reach their true potential.
Whether you are suffering from the cyclic anxiety and distress of OCD, or the recurring fear and pain of PTSD, we are here to help you and know what to do. You are not alone. Using gold standard therapies to help you recover, Rachel can help you face your fears with courage, determination, and hope.
Rachel provides comprehensive care for individuals across the adult life span, starting at age 18. We welcome and celebrate all people and strive to be a safe, supportive, and empowering place for all. Rachel provides therapy for clients in person and virtually in Arizona and virtually in New Mexico (licensed in both Arizona and New Mexico).
Rachel has devoted her professional life to helping others heal and reclaim their true potential, working as a psychotherapist and Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona since 2011. Rachel's therapy combines a unique combination of compassion, warmth, humor, and clinical excellence. Rachel believes that therapy should feel hopeful and connected, yet maintain focus on clinical sophistication and excellence.
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with emphases in Women's and Family Studies from Arizona State University, Tempe, graduating Summa Cum Laude and thereafter earning her Master's of Professional Counseling from Ottawa University in Phoenix, also graduating Summa Cum Laude.
