Message to clients

My goal is to help create a space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. In a safe, caring and confidential environment, you will have the opportunity to experience growth and increase self-compassion. Therapy is hard work and might feel challenging at times, but you won't be alone. We will work through this together and I will support you through any emotions that may arise.

If you aren't sure of what to expect, I can provide a free 10-minue consultation call where we can discuss your goals and see if I'm the best fit for you. During this call, we can discuss your needs and concerns, and I will answer any questions you may have about the process of individual therapy.
