It's important to have a space to take off the mask and breath at least once a week. My office is open to those who might need to talk through uncomfortable memories, thoughts, or beliefs. I hope that we will help you bring out the best version of yourself in your daily life through the work we do together. I see counseling as a team approach and value the opportunity to be on your team working towards your goals.
