Raquel Molina-Ravenna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#70124) whose practice focuses on working with young adult women/men, and college students having a hard time with transitions in early adulthood. She also works with individuals who oftentimes struggle with negative self talk and low self-esteem, which may prevent them from following through wit dreams and living to their ultimate potential.
Raquel is a mindfulness-based therapist and likes to utilize a strengths-based approach by incorporating a personalized treatment plan with her clients to set goals, and discuss ways in how to improve their life. Raquel is trained in various treatment modalities, such as CBT, Brainspotting, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Mindfulness-based Therapy and Somatic Experiencing. She likes to utilize different types of treatment approaches specific to her client's unique needs. She has extensive experience working with people who have had a traumatic past, are experiencing anxiety/panic and depression.
Raquel's office is located in the area of Woodland Hills, however she will gladly provide Telehealth services for anyone within the state of California. Clients are able to log in for their sessions from their computer, tablet or mobile device via secure platform.
