Do you feel like your living in a permanent state of unhappiness? Knows No Face LLC is a mental health and wellness counseling and consulting company. As a licensed professional counselor, author and speaker, Rashida Henry developed this company with a natural desire to promote mental health awareness within the urban community. Knows No Face works with millennials between the ages of 21 and 38 who are confused about the next stage in their career, are seeking to overcome generational barriers and gain clarity on their purpose in life. Through individual and group counseling Knows No Face assists their clients in developing insight into that which is holding them back.
Individual psychotherapy sessions are designed to assist clients in identifying problematic behaviors, thoughts and feelings that may be hindering them from achieving balance and connecting with their purpose in life. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress or life's transitions Knows No Face can assist. Their approaches involve Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Therapy Brief (SFBT). These individual sessions will assist you with gaining clarity on the next stage in your career, increase daily productivity and improve overall mental well-being. One on one counseling is being offered via telehealth at this time. Knows No Face’ Support Groups are designed to assist millennials in developing effective communication skills and provides a safe place to express their challenges. These group sessions allow individuals to develop self-awareness with a focus on educating, empowering and enhancing one's self. Through discussion, reflection and wellness planning individuals are connected with ways to become more proactive and less reactive in their journey. Group sessions take place over a six-week period and will be offered virtually. Please stay tuned for group openings throughout the year.
