Message to clients

“Before the first appointment, we offer a free 5-10 minute phone consultation with administrative staff.“

To have an unbiased, safe space to process thoughts and feelings is needed when navigating the challenges of day to day life. I believe building a therapeutic relationship and safety is key and instrumental in the healing journey. My hope is we can build that space together.

While reminding you of the strength you possess from within, we will focus on building insight to recognize how present difficulties impacts your mind, body and spirit. Using invitational language, I am very observant to all details and will invite your curiosity to attend to these details.

You lead, I follow! My goal is to stick with you through your journey and use clinical tools to assist you with achieving your desired alignment.
