For the past 7 years, Raven has been dedicated to providing a safe space for individuals at any stage of their mental health journey. Her genuine approach, nonjudgmental listening, and validation help people heal. Raven incorporates key aspects of DBT, such as mindfulness, to equip clients with tools to live a life more aligned with their vision. The skills learned in therapy can help manage overwhelming emotions or even assist in having difficult conversations. No problem is too big or small to start working on. Raven believes her clients are more than capable, and it would be her honor to help remind them of that.
