Message to clients

Coming to therapy can be anxiety-provoking, especially if it's your first time, and it's important to keep in mind that you don't have to come prepared. There's no right or wrong thing to say, as the first few sessions will be about you and your therapist getting to know each other and starting to talk about difficult things.

Client testimonials

"I had intense social anxiety, as well as more general anxiety about a broad range of issues (including school, upsetting personal events, etc.). Dr. Zisserson was great at helping me get out of my comfort zone and stop allowing social anxiety to hold me back from experiencing college life. She was also very helpful during times of personal tragedy."
