Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, LMFTA Masters in Marriage and Family TherapyRegina Randle helps individuals go from feeling overwhelmed and powerless to feeling at peace and confident in their ability to manage day-to-day challenges. She builds her practice on the belief that everyone deserves to be happy and to live a life full of peace, fulfillment, and supportive relationships.
Regina served in the military and worked for the federal government for a combination of 26 years prior to transitioning into Family Therapy. After working in the criminal justice system, religious settings, and group/individual practices, Regina has experience dealing with a variety of issues with a diversity of clients. Her experiences include: depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, family conflict, addiction, post-traumatic stress, religious trauma, suicidal thoughts, and grief.
In treatment, Regina uses an Integrative approach to care, catering to the individual needs of each client. Traditionally, she takes a Person-Centered stance (authentic, caring, and sensitive) with an emphasis in the “Family Systems” approach (which focuses on the interaction between people within a family dynamic). At the client’s request, traditional therapeutic care can be coupled with Biblical counseling to provide the client with a deeper understanding of their experiences from a scriptural perspective.
Throughout their time together, clients report being able to: 1) overcome worry, anxiety, and stress, 2) reduce self-criticism and negative thoughts, 3) navigate family conflict, 4) increase self-compassion, -love, and -confidence, and 5) achieve healing from a history of hurt and pain.
