His specialties of interest are depression, grief, marital/couple issues and behavior disorder issues. He utilizes many therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, Client Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
Reginald Burgess has experience working with people from all different backgrounds. He has a particular interest in working with men, members of our military and first responders. His goal is to break the stigma that sometimes prevents men from seeking counseling intervention.
Reginal Burgess is motivated to join anyone who is motivated to take on life's challenges in order to become a better version of themselves!

Climate anxiety - Coping with the unique stress created by climate change, including managing any overwhelming feelings of impending disaster and finding outlets for advocacy
Worry - Learning how worry shows up in one’s life and exploring how worry impacts daily life, relationships, and wellbeing; developing coping skills to mitigate the impacts of worry
