Professional statement

When Renee was a teen, one of the things she wished for was someone to talk to- someone who wouldn’t judge her, who would be a sounding board and would help her make decisions that would impact her future. When she learned that there was a profession that would provide exactly that, and more, she strove to be for others what she never had herself. Renee believes that there are times in all our lives when we could use someone to help work through whatever issues we are facing, and come out in a more positive place on the other side.

Renee has worked as a counselor for over 6 years, assisting clients with many issues including (but not limited to) self-esteem, career problems, anxiety, depression, communication skills, decision-making, LGBQ related concerns, boundaries, burn-out, parenting, spiritual and existential questions and relationships. She believes every person is unique, which is why she takes the time to get to know every client's specific needs. Renee finds a way to address each client’s specific goals by utilizing a variety of techniques and theories catered to each individual. If you are ready to do the work, she is ready to do whatever she can to get you to a more positive place.

Renee would feel privileged to work with you and support you at this time in your life. You are worthy!
