Renita has worked in the social services industry for more than 25 years, volunteered 22 years in prisons which include focuses on relationship, self-esteem, and ministry issues. This diverse experience allows Renita to have a better understanding of life and the sensitive nature of each client and their needs. Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life

Family issues - Promoting communication and supporting family members to address challenges and reduce conflict and distress
