Message to clients

I became a therapist because I deeply believe in the power of understanding and acceptance. Growing up in a community where mental health was often stigmatized, I witnessed the profound need for compassionate care. As a woman of color who has lived and studied abroad, I understand the complexities of navigating different cultures and identities. My mission is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be your true self. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, heal from past wounds, and build the resilience to thrive. My goal is to empower you to embrace your unique story and find strength in your diversity.
