Dr. Rhonda specializes in serving as a professional facilitator to help others heal from life wounds. We are all sorting through the pieces, trying to create the best version of ourselves. Her philosophy is “Life isn’t happening to you, it’s just happening”. She believes balance and living with purpose is always possible. Her coaching, inspired by wisdom she’s acquired over 40 years, will help guide you through an experience, where you learn to weave together all the beautiful and unique threads of who you are. Dr. Rhonda will help you cultivate a plan for a personal life path that helps you become the best possible version of who you were created to be.
Her expertise is diverse, helping those who have experienced trauma heal. She has worked extensively with adult survivors of sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, and interpersonal violence. She helps individuals, couples, and families build healthy relationships. She offers guidance, for making important life choices around dating, marriage, academics, career, and other lifestyle decisions.
Dr Rhonda believes “You can heal and live a life free of the pain of past trauma”. She will help you do the hard work of peeling back the layers, acknowledging what caused harm, letting go, and deciding to live vicariously.
