Professional statement

Dr. Richelle Dadian is a Psychologist and Sex Therapist who works online serving Kansas, Texas and Florida. She works with couples/relationships and individuals. Many of Richelle’s clients come in to address communication, connection, and sexual issues. Richelle is particularly passionate about serving the ethical/consensual non-monogamy, Kink/BDSM, and LGBTQIA+ communities. She also has advanced training in the area of relationship issues and sex therapy.

Richelle is trained in Feminist therapy, Sex therapy, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, in which she works with clients to examine where the couple is struggling and helps them learn how to communicate more effectively. In session, Richelle focuses on communication tools and learning how to express needs and desires in a way that partners can actually hear them. This approach supports clients to communicate more effectively and feel more connected to their partner(s).

Richelle's style is authentic, funny, and non-judgmental. When clients first start therapy, Richelle will go in depth to understand their relational and sexual development and history and understand what they hope to get from therapy.

Richelle received her Psy.D. from California School of Professional Psychology. She has worked at community clinics and university counseling centers. Outside of private practice, you'll find her traveling, watching relationship-themed tv shows and spending time with friends and family. Richelle offers online sessions, no need to worry about a commute or parking!

Message to clients

Hello and thank you for visiting my Zencare profile!

My work with clients is incredibly meaningful for me. I feel honored to be invited to walk alongside clients in their relationship(s) and sex lives. I bring my authentic and (what I think is) humorous self into each session with an open, affirming, and of course, non-judgmental approach. Together we create, a space that is, what I like to call, comfortably uncomfortable. This means feeling comfortable enough to be uncomfortable, vulnerable, real, and authentically you! I bring my authentic and (what I think is) humorous self into each session with an open, affirming, and of course, non-judgmental approach.

Investing in yourself and your relationship can feel scary and overwhelming, but also hopeful and empowering!

If you're ready to learn how to communicate more effectively, enhance your sex life, and deepen your connection- let's do it!
