Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) - My focus is on CPTSD from Narcissistic abuse.
Alcohol use disorder & addiction - Tolerating emotional discomfort; reducing or eliminating reliance on alcohol; development of new coping mechanisms for stress and suffering.
Anger management - Addressing sudden outbursts of anger or sustained resentment; developing healthy anger expression and outlets
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Stress management - Strengthening effective ways of coping with the stress of life and change; managing expectations of self and others
Once a month I do an IREST Yoga Nidra Meditation that is charged a 30 minute session.
