Professional statement

Seeking out a therapist can be an intimidating process, especially when trying to find someone who will be the right fit. I aim to create a collaborative, warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for you to share your experiences and life story. In session, I will guide you in exploring different thought patterns, life stressors, complex emotions, and any other concerns you want to discuss, with my approach being individualized to each person.

In our collaborative space, your voice and experiences will always have priority in session. I will support you when discovering how different experiences impact you emotionally, as well as the impact that the mind can have on the physical body. From this exploration, you will develop and learn new coping skills that will strengthen your relationships.

Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you are returning, your journey and goals are important to me. If you think that I may be a good fit for your needs and goals, please reach out.
