Robert Kiser(He/Him/His)

Robert Kiser is a clinical psychotherapist serving patients located in the states of South Carolina and West Virginia. He specializes in trauma and PTSD treatment, and also various mental and behavioral health symptoms areas with patient populations across the lifespan.

Robert owns and operates SuperPsyched Solutions. LLC, an online virtual outpatient mental and behavioral health assessment and treatment clinic which aims to increase treatment access, privacy and quality to patients; particularly within systemically-oppressive areas of Appalachia. Robert has many years of patient clinical experience and treatment program development work. He primarily utilizes therapeutic approaches including: Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parent Behavioral Training (including Parent-Child Interaction Therapy / PCIT), and Integrative Counseling, including psychoneurological-based treatment integration.

Robert has worked within medically-integrated behavioral healthcare outpatient clinics, as well as community and state agencies, acute and long-term inpatient treatment facilities, and group practices over the years. He has a broad depth of focused clinical and patient populations experiences. He additionally has specialized post-graduate training, supervision and years of experience in psychoneurological assessment via quantitative electroencephalography (qEEG) procedure and analysis, and the treatment design and administration of neuromodulatory clinical applications, including electromagnetic neurostimulation treatment and neurofeedback training protocols within child, adolescent and adult mental health treatment.

Robert holds degrees in Clinical Counseling and Music Therapy from West Virginia University and Radford University respectively. He is also a West Virginia Board of Examiners in Counseling Approved Licensed Professional Supervisor, as well as a National Certified Counselor in addition to his dual licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor within the states of West Virginia and South Carolina. Robert is a National Health Service Corps Alumnus, having completed clinical service within the rural Appalachian patient demographic, where he also grew up.
