Robin Zarel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Midtown, Manhattan who sees both individuals and couples and specializes in work stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and relationship challenges. With a background in Employee Assistance, Robin is intimately aware of the challenges clients face in the workplace, from feeling stuck, unmotivated, and overwhelmed in their careers, to contemplating making a change, pursuing promotions, cultivating strengths, and building confidence. She is dedicated to helping clients decrease stress, identify and remove barriers that are holding them back, and find greater balance in their lives.

Robin works with her clients to develop an individualized treatment plan based on their needs and goals. She enjoys incorporating breathwork, meditation, self-hypnosis, and visualizations, especially for clients who are experiencing anxiety. She is also trained in Clinical Hypnosis, which has been particularly effective with clients who want to quit smoking or manage their weight.

Robin has over three decades of experience in private practice and is passionate about the work she does. She continually attends trainings on new treatment approaches and looks for ways to incorporate them into her practice. She cares deeply about each of her clients and wants what’s best for them.
