Rochelle has developed a unique online program based in Native American symbology utilizing a heart, mind, body, spirit approach and evidenced based cognitive behavioral therapy. Within this framework you will identify thoughts, beliefs, cultural expectations, self expectations, patterns and perceptions related to mind, body and spirit that are punishing, critical, judgmental or unhelpful. You will learn how emotions are stored in the body and simple mind, body and spirit exercises to release anxiety and stress to help you be in the here and now. You will learn practical solutions and develop action plans in identifying strengths and helpful self thoughts to reduce depression and help you feel self love, acceptance and balance.

My name is Rochelle Speare and I am passionate about providing a unique, heart centred individual and group practice to help you gain a strong, inner voice that is non judgmental, self loving and balanced. In therapy, we will identify and tear down obstacles that are not helpful and have kept you trapped and in a unhelpful patterns, we will help you problem solve and support you to overcome challenges in the way you have been thinking and feeling so that you can take helpful risks to feel better.
