Rochelle has developed a unique online program based in Native American symbology utilizing a heart, mind, body, spirit approach and evidenced based cognitive behavioral therapy. Within this framework you will identify thoughts, beliefs, cultural expectations, self expectations, patterns and perceptions related to mind, body and spirit that are punishing, critical, judgmental or unhelpful. You will learn how emotions are stored in the body and simple mind, body and spirit exercises to release anxiety and stress to help you be in the here and now. You will learn practical solutions and develop action plans in identifying strengths and helpful self thoughts to reduce depression and help you feel self love, acceptance and balance.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
