It is not the challenges we face that defines us but the steps we take to deal with the challenges that define us. Seeking guidance, an ear to listen is not a sign of weakness but strength for it takes a strong individual to acknowledge, seek and accept a helping hand. Rosine Ateidepe's passion has always centered around being a helping hand. She has experience in working with children, adolescents and their parents in addressing emotional issues and developing appropriate social skills. Rosine Atidepe has experience in working with juveniles dealing with mental health issues and a background in case management to provide families with necessary resources. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered, the focus of the conversation is on you the individual, your needs, your strengths and barriers and finding ways to develop and increase your skills to live the life you want to live.

Climate anxiety - Coping with the unique stress created by climate change, including managing any overwhelming feelings of impending disaster and finding outlets for advocacy
Worry - Learning how worry shows up in one’s life and exploring how worry impacts daily life, relationships, and wellbeing; developing coping skills to mitigate the impacts of worry
