Message to clients

Life transitions can be both challenges and opportunities. Whether they impact ourselves and our relationships at work or at home, change - both positive and negative - comes with loss. Having someone to help process these experiences can promote personal and interpersonal success and fulfillment.

Through collaborative person-centered strength-based therapy and coaching, I offer a safe space for you to explore and overcome barriers, to experience acceptance for who you are and embrace your resilience, and to create an effective path toward personal and professional achievement.

I look forward to the opportunity to support your journey of self-discovery & growth.
