Hi my name is Ruth Robles and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Reiki Master and Sound Healing Facilitator. My areas of Clinical expertise include anxiety, depression, Trauma, ADHD and relationship issues. I work with children, teens, and adults. I provide individual, couples and family therapy. I use a holistic approach to healing and focus on the mind, body and spirit. My sessions include Cognitive behavior, dialectical behavior, emotional freedom, mind body connection through energy work like reiki and sound healing. My goal is to help you build better coping skills and self regulating techniques to assist you in living a more positive and fulfilling life. I look forward to hearing from you and working together. Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Couples counseling - Addressing relationship challenges and life transitions; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life

Life transitions - Coping with difficult or impactful life changes, such as moving to a new area, relationship transitions, child rearing, or career changes; learning self-care to better manage resulting stress

Loss, grief, and bereavement - Emotionally preparing for the anticipated passing of a loved one; managing feelings and reactions to a death or loss of significance; support during the process of healing and acceptance

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
