Hi my name is Ruth Robles and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Reiki Master and Sound Healing Facilitator. My areas of Clinical expertise include anxiety, depression, Trauma, ADHD and relationship issues. I work with children, teens, and adults. I provide individual, couples and family therapy. I use a holistic approach to healing and focus on the mind, body and spirit. My sessions include Cognitive behavior, dialectical behavior, emotional freedom, mind body connection through energy work like reiki and sound healing. My goal is to help you build better coping skills and self regulating techniques to assist you in living a more positive and fulfilling life. I look forward to hearing from you and working together.
