Sabrina Eads, LPC, supports individual adults who are navigating life’s painful and complex moments—whether that’s anxiety, depression, body image struggles, trauma, grief, or major life transitions. She offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore the hard questions and reconnect with their inner strength.
Sabrina believes therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you make sense of your story, uncover the wisdom you already carry, and learn how to sit with your emotions without being overwhelmed. Her approach is warm and collaborative. She brings grounding, guidance, and gentle accountability to each session. Together, you'll work toward healing in a way that feels meaningful and manageable.
Her therapeutic foundation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and she integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), self-compassion practices, EMDR for trauma processing, and Existential Therapy. These approaches allow her to tailor each session to your needs and help you connect with a deeper sense of purpose, clarity, and peace.
With over a decade of experience across various clinical settings—from hospitals and residential treatment to private practice—Sabrina has worked with a wide range of people and conditions. Her experience has taught her the power of flexibility, kindness, and truly listening. She believes that all people have innate worth and that healing happens when we feel understood and seen.
Sabrina offers telehealth sessions Monday through Friday in the evenings, making it easier for busy professionals and caregivers to prioritize their mental health. She accepts Aetna, BCBS, Seton/Ascension, Curative, Cigna, United/Optum, and Scott & White, and her private pay rate is $180.
If you’re feeling lost, stuck, or unsure, Sabrina welcomes you just as you are. Therapy with her is a place to feel supported, gain clarity, and start moving forward—at your own pace.
