Message to clients

For individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and/or adjusting to a new situation: Transitions are a standard part of life, but that does not make the process an easy or comfortable one. Talking about the issues, the stumbling blocks, and the obstacles can make them more surmountable. Whether it’s adjusting to school, to a changing relationship, or to a difficult work experience, people can benefit from talking with a therapist and getting support.
