Message to clients

If you're here you probably recognize the importance having a safe and confidential place to talk. Perhaps you're ready to start or continue your therapeutic journey. I encourage you to reach out with any questions. My practice is influenced mainly by Freudian psychoanalysis, and the person-centred approach of Carl Rogers.
