Message to clients

Everyone has the potential to change, grow and heal. I believe that psychotherapy can be a powerful tool toward these goals. Effective therapy requires an authentic therapist-client relationship, and I strive to create an environment filled with trust and understanding. I will encourage you to deepen your understanding of your experiences and emotional life, as well as identifying the areas where you are not feeling fulfilled and creating more fruitful options.

I utilize a variety of modalities, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, existential, and mindfulness-based stress reduction, which allows me to shape and individualize the intervention for each client. I believe in flexibility, and allowing the therapy to progress organically, while increasing self-discovery and peace, eventually leading to self-fulfillment.

I trained at Jackson Memorial Hospital and University of Miami Medical School, with an emphasis in Health Psychology. As such, I am committed to the holistic health of my clients, striving towards self-fulfillment. As such, I encourage collaboration with other providers, in an attempt to improve the holistic health of my patients.
