Message to clients

Reaching out for therapy for the first time can be incredibly difficult. It's my philosophy that everyone can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives. My approach is to start by openly exploring factors that bring you to my office, such as thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and relational patterns towards getting to the core issues. This helps us in building a safe, caring, and non-judgmental relational foundation for creating meaningful change in a client-centered environment. I believe that fit is integral in our work together, and would like to hear about what has/hasn't worked well in past therapeutic relationships towards guiding therapy to fit your individual treatment goals.
