SANDI NEIMAN, LMFT-A works with individuals and couples specializing in work with depression, anxiety and medical family therapy, working with caregivers and clients with chronic illnesses. Her extensive experience in health care brings a wealth of expertise in working with individuals and families challenged by a new diagnosis or medical needs. Additionally she works with individuals and couples struggling with communication issues, depression, anxiety and substance abuse issues. She is skilled in working with fertility challenges, grief and loss as well as trauma and PTSD. Her goal is to help her clients heal and live the highest quality of life available to them. Sandi believes strongly in family of origin issues affecting how we view ourselves in relationships. She is warm and compassionate, seeking to deeply understand her clients feelings, thoughts and behaviors. Her approach is emotionally focused, with an emphasis on non-violent communication. Sandi's beliefs and values encourage clients to be open and comfortable in a nonjudgemental setting where confidentiality is of primary importance
Sandi worked as a speech language pathologist with neurological patients and in the rehab industry for over 35 years. She brings a mix of eclectic philosophies to her practice, is inclusive and knowledgeable about the health care delivery system.
Currently she is seeing clients through teletherapy and is available for day and evening hours.
