Sandrine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the field mental health field for 15 years. Sandrine has worked in hospital, mental health, and private practice settings treating clients with various emotional stressors. Sandrine's goal is to remove the stigma behind mental health for many communities and to help people openly discuss their mental health through therapy. Sandrine works with her clients on building their self-esteem and problem-solving abilities, while empowering them to gain self-awareness on how to navigate their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts.

Sandrine is well practiced in various treatment models, such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
